Will the device work without being plugged in?
Yes. you can use the device without plugging it in for up to 8 hours. After that, just recharge or keep it plugged in for continuous use.
Can I remove the antennas and replace them with smaller ones?
Yes, the antennas are removable, giving you the flexibility to replace them with smaller versions that better fit your setup. We offer Katalyst Mini Antenna's on our site for a smaller setup.
I live in a rural area, are there any signal enhancement options to boost the Sparks signal?
Yes, you can pair the Spark router with the Katalyst Siren 4-Lead antenna, and it will boost signal in rural areas. We offer the Katalyst Siren HERE
What is KCloud and how does it work?
