Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time

•    Orders placed Monday - Friday before 3 PM ET are processed within 2 business days.
•    Weekend/holiday orders extend processing time.

Shipping Options

•    Free UPS Ground (3–5 business days + Processing Time)
•    Expedited 1-2 Day Delivery available for an additional fee on orders placed before 3 PM ET
•    Tracking information is sent as soon as your order ships.

•    Continental U.S. (48 states)
•    For Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders, please contact us before purchase.

Returns

Return Window

•    Hardware purchases: 30-day return window
•    All returns must first be approved via the RMA request form on our company website.
•    Items must be in like-new condition with original packaging, accessories, and serial numbers intact.
•    If return is approved, CSG will provide a prepaid shipping label. If another label is used, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

•    Activated data plans/SIMs  
•    Software or digital services
•    Used or damaged devices
•    Labor/Installs
•    Certain custom and/or clearance items

Refunds

•    Refunds may be adjusted if any accessories or items are missing.
•    Refunds will be applied in the original form of payment within 10 business days of RMA processing.

Start A Return

  1. Submit Your Return Request. 
    Fill out the RMA Form with your contact details, order number, and reason for return.
  2. Get Your RMA Response.
    We’ll review your request, and upon approval, will send you return instructions and pre-paid shipping label within 3 business days. Please keep note of your RMA# for your records.
  3. Ship Your Item(s) Back.
    - Use original packaging if possible
    - Use the provided pre-paid shipping label, ship within 5 business days of RMA approval.
    - Refunds may be adjusted if any accessories or items are missing.
    - Refunds will be applied in the original form of payment within 10 business days of RMA processing.
