Devices may have had a brief activation history or show small signs of prior usage, but are rated in “excellent” cosmetic condition or better. If the customer is not happy with the cosmetics of a device, it will be exchanged immediately with no questions asked.
PROPER PACKAGING
Devices will be packed and sealed in a high quality and presentable retail box with bagged accessories and lens tape on the hardware.
